Assistant Camp Directors play a vital role in creating a positive camp experience for campers, their families and our Summer Staff. As a member of the Camp Leadership team, you will support the smooth operation of a single camp location— supervising staff, planning programs, delighting parents, and so much more!
Classroom or kid experience preferred
Summer Instructors bring to life Galileo’s curriculum, teaching a different theme each week, thoughtfully created by our year-round curriculum design team. We believe that our approach to learning isn’t merely a philosophy—it is a tool that will help shape the worldview of future innovators.
Kid experience preferred
Summer Camp Counselors, or Team Leaders as we call them at Galileo, are the single most consistent presence in the experience of each Camp Galileo camper, and have the greatest potential impact on each camper’s summer. They stay with the same set of campers throughout the week and create physical and emotional safety of each and every camper within a team.
Summer Operation Interns have the opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to the success of camp. With a positive attitude and initiative, you’ll be an essential part of the team that empowers our campers to be innovators who envision and create a better world!
