We designed Galileo camps to evolve with our campers, from pre-K all the way through 8th grade. We tailor curriculum specifically for each of our age groups and hire bright, professional educators to bring it to life at every stage.

The experience begins with our pre-K and kindergarten-aged campers—we call them Nebulas—who spend their first summer at camp building a lasting educational and social foundation.  We know you have questions about sending your tiny innovators-in-training to camp. Here are the basics of the program we’ve carefully crafted, just for them:

Our curriculum works for wee ones.
Galileo’s time-tested curriculum sparks our youngest campers’ imaginations and helps them develop confidence and collaboration skills—a great preparation for kindergarten. Whether they’ve never attended a structured program or have been in preschool for years, they’ll come home from camp enriched and happy.

We keep your kids safe.
Nebulas enjoy a cozy camper-to-staff ration of 8:1. We surround them with staff members experienced with their age group and shower them with guidance and attention. Campers are grouped exclusively with other kids their own age and have their own designated area (sometimes known as Nebbie Land) at camp.

We make drop-off painless.
Our staff knows how to greet every camper, from the most nervous to the most excited, and make each one feel safe and welcome. Once campers walk (or run, or hop, or blast off) through their camp’s fun machine, our nurturing staff draws them out and keeps them engaged with enticing projects and activities.

We design the day just for them.
Nebula activities are designed to accommodate young attention spans and each day has plenty of downtime and bathroom breaks built in. We also offer a part-day option from 9 am - 1 pm for campers who aren't quite ready for a full day at camp.

Note: Nebulas must be entering kindergarten in the fall or turning 5 by December 1, 2017.
