We post year-round positions as they become available, and each fall begin the hiring process for seasonal roles (January – June/August) on our People Operations, Customer Service and Warehouse teams.

Manage the logistics of Galileo’s summer staff outreach plan. Responsible for executing a multi-channel outreach strategy and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, the ideal Outreach Specialist will thrive when working with details, and enjoy multi-tasking. This is a temporary position, beginning in January and running through June of 2015, with the possibility of extending through July.
Customer Service Specialist
In addition to responding to customer phone calls and emails with enthusiasm and professionalism, Customer Service Specialists assist with Galileo’s financial assistance program, reviewing applications and awarding financial assistance to over 1,500 campers. If keeping accurate track of details, working with software and technology, and being part of a close-knit team sound enjoyable, then this might be the fit for you. This is a temporary position, beginning in December and running through July or August of 2015.
Responsible for screening thousands of applications, bringing camp to life through phone interviews with hundreds of candidates, and passing the best of the best along to the final stages of our hiring process, Interview Specialists need a keen understanding of people and a warm, friendly phone presence. This is a temporary position, beginning in January and running through June of 2015, with the possibility of extending through July or August.
