Customer Service Team: Camp Support Specialist
College Grads & Professionals
Camp Support Specialists are the direct link between Galileo families and the camp experience — experts at working with people, masters of information and resourcefulness. This is a dynamic role perfect for those with a great attitude and a desire to help others. This position runs December-August.
Field Operations Team: Area Director
Galileo is looking for a seasoned and charismatic leader with exceptional management skills to join our Area Director team. Each Area Director manages four to eight of Galileo’s K-8th grade summer camps. Collectively, the Area Director Team drives the overall direction of Galileo’s programs. We are currently looking Area Directors to join our Southern California team.
Finance Team: Director of Finance - Controller
We’re hiring an exceptional director to spearhead Galileo’s finance strategy as we scale across multiple geographies. Ideal candidates will be focused and experienced, with a deep understanding of utilizing analytics and forecasting to drive cross-functional decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key strategist in an evolving organization.
Operations Team: Salesforce System Administrator
COLLEGE GRADS & PROFESSIONALS
The perfect role for someone motivated by supporting the success of a team, the Salesforce System Administrator position offers a rare opportunity to learn from and partner closely with the leaders of the Galileo team, working behind the scenes to help prepare for the summer. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and will thrive on evolving the company Salesforce instance, while driving user adoption.
Operations Team: Systems Project Manager
COLLEGE GRADS & PROFESSIONALS
Galileo’s Operations team is seeking an Systems Project Manager to help us scale. This experienced project manager will work cross-functionally, completing analysis of current systems and recommending new technology by executing research, managing vendor relationships, and leading training for individuals and groups. This is the perfect role for a systems enthusiast with a solid understanding of tech and strong desire to support others.
People Operations Team: Interview Specialist
Interview Specialists screen all applications and video submittals, conduct phone interviews, and give applicants their first glimpse into being Galileo staffers. The role requires strong people and candidate assessment skills. This position runs January-May.
