Steven Pierson

Steven Pierson
Camp Director

Steven comes to Galileo with many years of camp experience. During that time, he managed youth divisions, and coordinated camp wide events. It was his love for training new counselors that inspired Steven to pursue a BS in Organizational Leadership. Steven piloted the California branch of Unified Theater, which fostered friendships between students with and without disabilities based on a shared love of the arts. Now a drama teacher and recreation director at the CHIME Institute, Steven is able to do what he loves; educate and foster creativity through play. Steven is proud to join the Galileo Family and brings with him a drive to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion.
